The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Calgary Shepard Conservative Association will be held on November 14, 2020 at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino.

A report will be given to local members of the federal conservative party on the state of our finances in anticipation of a potential election as well as a report from the Member of Parliament for Calgary Shepard, MP Tom Kmiec. Additionally, the election of directors to the board of directors will be held in conformity with the Constitution of the Conservative Party of Canada.

All members are welcome to attend and the community building has an AHS room capacity of 40. An RSVP would be appreciated to ensure we have sufficient space or if need be, to make additional arrangements so that every attending member can participate.

- Face coverings will be mandatory.

- No food and drinks will be provided however you are allowed to bring your own.

- We ask that if you have travelled outside Canada the last 14 days, are not feeling well, have come into contact with someone that is either ill or confirmed to have COVID-19, to refrain from attending this meeting.
