Liberal plan to tax health and dental benefits will cost middle-income earners $1,000 or more

Soon-to-be released research by the Conference Board suggests that middle-income earners across Canada will pay an additional $1,000 (or more depending on the province) in additional federal and provincial income tax, if the Liberal government decides to make the health and dental plans a taxable benefit.
